Tufail is the backbone of the Mango House Restaurant. Having established the first restaurant in 1998 his enthusiasm has remained positive, and supported the opening of the second branch in Cardiff. The Mango House has developed a great reputation as a restaurant not only in South Wales but nationally. This is a reflection of the hard work and dedication certain individuals have provided. Tufail’s ability to build respect and positive rapport with individuals, organizations and suppliers has enabled the Mango House be recognized as a leading corporate venue for major events.
Jubail Hussain (Alan)
Head Waiter
Alan is an extremely hard working individual and is a major asset to both the restaurants. Alan is so versatile you will see him working in both the restaurant offering his services behind the bar, front of house or even providing the corporate or home catering services. Alan is a very popular individual in the Mango House not only for his customer service but many would say his charming personality and looks. Alan is bubbly individual and will offer a personalized service which second to none.
Khalidur Hoque (Karl)
Front of House / Back of House
Karl plays a real important role in the Magor Restaurant by ensuring the quality of food coming out of the kitchen is exemplary. Karl is very efficient and conscious of when customers require their meals or bills. Karl understanding of customers needs is very good and this is reflected in his duties. Karl is, if not the longest serving member of the Mango House and will soon be given a golden watch. Karl is a very intellectual and will be happy to sit down and have a chit chat on any topics especially politics and culture.
Shueb Bari
Front of House
Shueb is a new addition to Magor and has developed a positive rapport with the customers. Shueb is a charming individual and is very health conscious and likes to keep on top of is appearance. Shueb is currently offering his support whilst studying at university. Shueb’s personality is bubbly and is a very polite individual very calm and well mannered and is well suited for the Mango House. Shueb has become a very popular individual and is considered to be talk of the village. Shueb also offers a personalized service second to none.
Moyna Miah
Chef
Moyna Miah has a life time experience in the Mango House restaurant offering his knowledge and expertise since opening in 1998. Not only has Moyna Miah contributed immensely towards the menu and choices of spices used, he has been very instrumental in passing on his knowledge to others in the industry. Moyna Miah has wide experience and knowledge around authentic cooking and has been able to offer an extensive choice of menu in both restaurants.
Ishaq Muhmmed
Tandoori Chef
Ishaq has been working for the Mango House for a while and has been offering an exceptional high quality of Tandoori Cuisine for the Mango House. The Mango House can proudly offer one of the largest Nan Bread served on a table in any Indian restaurant. Having an exceptional Tandoori Chef on broad the Mango House is able to offer an array of traditional and contemporized dishes. Ishaq has worked in a number of restaurants and has shared his knowledge to other employees in the Mango House.
Chan Miah Voluntary
Chan has demonstrated he has the drive and ambition to learn and is continuing to progress. He has completed his basic food hygiene course.
